Good sunshine, quiet and central location -- Located close to the Médran ski lifts, this bright apartment of approximately 105 m² offers a comfortable and well-equipped setting for a stay in the mountains. The living room has a wood-burning stove for a warm atmosphere, and opens onto a modern kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. A dining area completes the living room.The apartment has a bedroom with two beds and its own bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a TV, as well as a small bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A shower room with WC, as well as a separate WC with sink, are also available. The apartment is equipped with cable TV and internet access. A south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy good sunshine and a beautiful view of the mountains.Two indoor parking spaces (242 x 515 x 235 cm) are included, as well as a ski locker. Access to the common areas includes a small fitness room, a hammam and a laundry room.The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed and the practice of a musical instrument is strictly prohibited. -- HOW TO FIND VERBIER BY CAR : Take the A9/E62 highway to Martigny, then continue on Grand-Saint-Bernard road before turning off toward Val de Bagnes at Sembrancher . #### Great stay!
Lovely, well-equipped chalet with beautiful view. Easy walk to town and the Medran lift but also opposite a bus stop which was convenient at the end of the day. There is a large terrace which would be great in warmer weather. Fitness room is very small but we did not plan to use it. Would stay again.
