Beautiful 3-family house, surrounded by trees. In the district of de la pleyeuse, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position, in a cul-de-sac. Lawn. Private: garden furniture. In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking 2 km. Shop 2 km, grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop "La Pleyeuse" 200 m. Sports centre 2.5 km, chair lift 1 km, skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski school 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).  
"Sernisa Rez", 3-room apartment 55 m2, on the ground floor, south facing position. Fully renovated in 2022, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with cable TV, electric heating and wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 double beds (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Lawn. Terrace furniture. Partial view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.
