This beautiful, recently renovated one-bedroom apartment measures 49 m² and features an entrance hall, a living room opening onto a balcony with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a television, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave), a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
