They are going through a remodel which is definitely needed. I would score higher if there was another place to go sit outside when they close the pool at 8pm and there is no other outdoor seating area except for the Porte-cochere. Mountain View is recommended. They just added a Starbucks in the main lobby area, but there is no coffee maker in the rooms, however rooms do have a refrigerator. The resort fee is high, especially if you don’t use the pool or exercise area. They should reduce the resort fee, this is not what I would consider a resort. The area across from the hotel, Tivoli Village, has great restaurants. Very close to other shopping areas by car. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Rooms are a decent size. There is a bowling alley and movie theater on property. 20-30 minutes to the strip or Freemont street and airport. Close to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston.
