Una Baia di paradiso

L'appartamento si trova all'interno del complesso residenziale Baia delle Mimose, Badesi nel dettaglio Anfiteatro degli Oleandri. Il residence è ottimamente manutenuto per quanto riguarda il verde comune e la piscina. Il bilocale in cui abbiamo soggiornato per tre settimane è funzionale (una camera da letto matrimoniale con affaccio piscina, area giorno/cucina con divano letto sempre matrimoniale e bagno con servizi, 2Tv, lavatrice, phon e Wi-Fi: stupefacente l'abbondanza e la pressione dell'acqua potabile). Nel complesso sono presenti minimarket, parafarmacia, bar/gelateria, pizzeria/rosticceria, guardia medica ma soprattutto accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Li Junchi. E' il posto ideale per coppie e famiglie e soprattutto bambini e ragazzi possono divertirsi in piena libertà e senza pericoli lasciando che i genitori ozino senza preoccupazioni. Per quanto riguarda l'host, il Sig.re Angelo è stato molto gentile e premuroso sincerandosi che la vacanza procedesse bene. Consiglio vivamente questa location.

Schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Anlage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen gepflegten Anlage mit sehr großem Pool fast direkt am Strand. Man muss nur hinter der Anlage über die Straße laufen, dann kommt schon der Strand und das Meer. Den Schlüssel konnten wir unkompliziert aus einem Schlüsselsafe entnehmen. Am Strand gibt es sogar eine Dusche. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vor der Anlage vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist schön, allerdings könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. Passendes Kochgeschirr zum Induktionsherd wäre vorteilhaft.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer schönen Anlage

Schönes, sauberes Mietobjekt in einer sehr sauberen Anlage. Toller Strand direkt vor der Tür. Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Besitzer war ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir würden wieder kommen.

sehr gute Austattung und sehr gute Lage

Sehr schöne, gut gepflegte und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Bademöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Schöne Städte wie Castelsardo nur 20 min. entfernt. Gerne wieder.

Very close to the beach

We had a great time and did enjoy our holiday. The location is great and the swimming pool and the house plus little garden are very nice. However, we did find the sofa in the living room quite uncomfortable to sleep on. So all of us were sleeping in the double bed in the bedroom. We did find the kitchen equipment was missing a couple of things, for example a big chopping board and a kitchen knife for food preparation. The house is very close to the beach and the beach is lovely and was very quite as as we stayed there outside of school holidays. There is only 2 restaurants in/near the complex that you can reach by foot, but we had the intention to cook a lot ourselves and you can reach plenty of restaurants with a 10 - 15 min drive. All in all we had a lovely time and the atmosphere and other guest in the complex were nice.

Wohnung und Anlage sind sehr schön und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage ist für einen Familienurlaub mir kleinen Kindern sehr gut. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da und das Wetter war ab und zu schlecht (also nicht Strand geeignet). Um etwas anderes als Strand/Pool zu unternehmen, muss man immer recht weit fahren. Wer also etwas mehr Infrastruktur möchte (Restaurants, Geschäfte, Attraktionen) ist hier eventuell nicht richtig.

La location est en face de la mer, la piscine est très agréable. La location est propre avec une bonne literie. L accueil des italiens de la résidence est très chaleureux. Perfektes Domizil für eine kleine Familie mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Der Super-Pool vor der Nase. Topp

Hier fühlt man sich ab der ersten Minute wohl. Viele einheimische Bewohner und Gäste. Eine gute Nachbarschaft. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen sehr perfekt kontrolliert und gereinigt. Durch seine treppenartige Gestaltung perfekt für Kinder. Aber auch Erwachsene können ihre Bahnen ziehen, wenn sie sich fit halten wollen. Alles in der gesamten Anlage ist sauber und wird sauber gehalten. Der Pool ist von einer (in unserem Fall) Bademeisterin beaufsichtigt und Kinder können mit einem Höchstmaß an Sicherheit Badespaß genießen. Alles Notwenidige zum täglichen Leben läßt sich in der Nähe (wenige Hundert Meter) zu Fuß in einem kleinen gut sortierten Dorflädchen einkaufen (Die Pizza zum Aufpacken = Perfekt). Apotheke, Eisdiele, Pizzeria, Restaurant, ... alles da, um das Auto auch stehen lassen zu können. Es sind auch nur wenige hundert Meter auf einem schön angelegten Weg zum Strand. Der Stand ist sauber, nie überlaufen und auch die Händler scheinen sich diesen Abschnitt zum Ausruhen ausgesucht zu haben. Wir waren 14 Tage hier, jeden Tag einmal am Strand und sich in der gesamten Zeit ein einziges Mal von einem Händler angesprochen worden. Am Strand gibt es Duschen und einen ganz kleinen "Laden", der von einer sehr netten Dame bewirtschaftet wurde. Ein Eis, ein belegtes Brötchen, ein Kaffee, eine kalte Limo, ..., ... zu sehr moderaten Preisen, mit viel Freundlichkeit, macht den Strandausflug zu einem schönen Erlebnis. Das Wasser hat sich in den 14 Tagen von allen Seiten gezeigt. Von ganz seicht zum einfach Drauflegen bis zu so hohen Wellen, bei Mittags über 42 Grad, dass selbst die Besten nicht mehr in die Fluten springen. Dafür geht es dann nach dem Strandspaziergang zum Pool. Diese Kombination; Der Pool vor der Tür und wenige Schritte zum Meer, sind für eine Familie genau der Luxus, der sicherstellt, dass die Kinder jeden Tag ins Wasser können. Die FeWo hat alles, was man braucht. Aber auch nicht mehr. Toll = Zwei Klimageräte von bester Qualität, sodass man in der Wohnung die Wohlfühltemperatur einstellen kann, die man sich wünscht. Die Anlage ist und scheint sehr sehr sicher. Nachbarschaft, die auch am Pool auf einander achtet, viele Bewohner, die sich kennen, gibt einem ein familiäres Gefühl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden für einen Sardinien-Urlaub im Norden bestimmt wieder in diese Anlage zurück kehren wollen.

Residence tranquillo,molto protetto,soprattutto per bambini,con piscina ben sorvegliata. possibilità di usufruire del mini club e di assistere a degli spettacoli serali appena fuori della struttura.
