A beautiful hotel with an old world feel right in the heart of the pedestrian area of Baden Baden and a 7 minute walk from the baths. There’s convenient parking in the shopping mall just down the street. You can drive to the hotel with your car to unload your luggage. Very good included breakfast.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. Room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, especially for a European hotel. Perfect location that was a few steps from great restaurants and shops. Spas were only a short walk away as well. Room was very cozy and felt like we stepped into a scene from “Beauty and the Beast.” Also loved that the room bath had tap water and the mineral water that you could use to draw your own thermal bath in your room. Shower head was a bit tricky to position so that water didn’t escape the tiny shower door while showering. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.
We have had the pleasure of staying here 3 times over the past few years. It’s a great location, the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean and spacious.
Best hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Germany. Spacious room with a great balcony overlooking the street, a full size bath, and complimentary breakfast. Staff were always available and very professional. Excellent location near the major baths, hiking and stores. I enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony in the evening and listening to the pleasant bustle of the area.
They were super friendly and helpful, we had an awesome stay, this was a first time for me, but my husband and daughter have stayed here twice before, if we plan a trip to Baden Baden again, we will for sure stay here definitely
The property is well located and the staff was amazing. Staff could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants as well as spas.
Wonderful staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and air conditioned. Note that not all rooms have air conditioning. Breakfast was included and was the best we’ve had. Even included champagne.
Location was perfect—convenient to everything.
Excellent location, excellent breakfast buffet, could improve in room facilities (no kettle or complimentary tea/coffee), bed was comfortable but avoid 5th floor if over 6' as rooms at this level have dormer windows but exposed 'A' frame rafters a lovely feature if height not an issue

Delightful
Perfectly located in the pedestrian area of the old town only a few minutes walk to the spas. Old world charm, great breakfast buffet and spacious rooms. Only disappointment was the break down in supply of thermal spring water to bathrooms. Not the hotel’s fault but no mention of existing problem until we asked.
Property is in a great location, however no onsite parking.
We were charged 40 euro extra for roll away bed for the night.

Old town feel
The room was nice but I think I had one of the larger rooms. The beds were not overly comfortable. It’s an old hotel which is cool for the charm. It was a great price but it felt more like a 3.5 star hotel. No conditioner, bars of soap, nor washcloths. And NO PARKING! you need to park your car in a lot somewhere and walk back. If I had realized this I might have chosen another place. But the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Location for access the spa town and festival is great. The property is way beyond old to be renovated. Carpets were so worn ugly and dirty. Furniture and closet were so basic not even to put on some new paint! Breakfast was great with many varieties. The hairdrier is not working. The worst part is with such hot weather, there was no air conditioner . The room is too hot to sleep and room fan was incredibly loud that it has to be turned off. At least they can spend a little bit money on new fans which are not noisy!
Loved my stay. The rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable and my room facing the back was quiet and perfect for my stay. The location is great too and just a quick 10 - 12 minute walk to the spas either via the road up the hill and down the other side past the church or go along the main shopping street just feet away from the hotel and then curve around a few streets and you're at both spas which are next to each other. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, so many options. Had a great stay!!!
This is our 2nd visit to the HELIOPARK BAD Zum Hirsch, this visit was lovely as was our first. It is a charming hotel with a perfect location in the older part of Baden-Baden. It has its own spa and is walking distance to all sorts of dining and shopping, the Thermes as well as the beautiful park and casino. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful.
