Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden, ein neues Haus mit neuem Mobiliar und gepflegter Ausstattung vorzufinden. Dinge, die zu klären waren oder wo wir Hilfe brauchten, konnten mit dem freundlichen Vermieter telefonisch aber auch persönlich geklärt werden. Er war dankbar für Nachbesserungsvorschläge, um alle Gäste zufriedenzustellen. Besonders angenehm war die Ruhe in der kleinen Seitenstraße. Wir empfehlen weiter. E.Richter

Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung schön. Alles neu, beim genaueren Hinsehen allerdings nicht sehr besucherfreundlich und auch ziemlich lieblos. Es wurde zwar alles notwenige hingestellt, aber nicht nett eingerichtet. Sei's drum, das war auch nicht das Problem.Außer den 3 Haken im Flur gab es keine Möglichkeit, etwas aufzuhängen, von daher gab es auch keinen einzigen Kleiderbügel. Die einzige Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit war im Schlafzimmer eine Kommode, die jedoch zur Hälfte mit zusätzlichen Decken und Kissen belegt war. Zudem gab es keine Nachttischlampen, dies wurde auch bereits von einem Vormieter bemängelt, aber geändert hat sich offensichtlich nichts. Es stand nur ein Teelicht auf einem Nachttisch. Der Hygienezustand der Toilettenbürste war entsetzlich.Internet : Fehlanzeige, wir hatten nur sporadisch ab und zu eine schwache Verbindung, dementsprechend auch kein WLAN. Die Zugangsdaten mussten wir erst mühsam erfragen - vielleicht dadurch geschuldet, dass die Wohnung ziemlich weit weg vom Schuss (Mitte von Bad Zwischenahn) liegt. Versuche, den Vermieter über FeWo zu kontaktieren, wir hatten von ihm leider keine Telefonnummer, mit der Bitte um Rückruf scheiterten.Das war für uns dann auch der Punkt, die Wohnung nach 2 Stunden wieder zu verlassen. Gott sei Dank fanden wir noch eine passende Alternative.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Neubau vorgefunden. Die Umgebung lädt zu Spazieren und Wandern ein. Die netten Vermieter waren engagiert, hilfsbereit und an Verbesserungsvorschlägen sehr interessiert. Wir können den Aufenthalt, auch mit Haustier, empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, neue Ferienwohnung. Riesiger Garten! Küche komplett eingerichtet. Großes Badezimmer. Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte: keine Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer und ein Radio oder Ähnliches wäre noch super. Sonst ohne Bedenken weiter zu empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder!
