The location by the lake is truly beautiful and creates a wonderful atmosphere. However, for a 4-star hotel I found the services a bit lacking, and the rooms could benefit from some updates. Overall, the value for money was not quite satisfactory.

Thought the hotel was lovely, particularly the bedroom which was a single room. The lobby was a little bit outdated, but this did not matter. The views of the lake from the restaurant and my room were stunning. Great setting.

Nice place to relax

We stayed in a deluxe double which had a view out over the garden and on to the lake. The room was clean and tidy but there are no tra or coffee making facilities in the room. Instead there are some 'refreshment stations' placed in the corridor which work on an honesty system. Whatever you take you keep a note of and then declare it at checkout (I think). We didn't use it but some other guests did, at about 1 in the morning, and made a great deal of noise - not ideal. However, not the fault of the hotel really, but just worth being aware of. There is a big car park opposite the hotel, so parking is easy. Breakfast was good, although we did have to hunt for bowls or plates which were not placed close to where you might need them. The terrace and garden are lovely to walk around and it is only a short walk through the garden to the lake.

Sehr moderne, sauber und vor allem großzügige Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich ist super. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption. Wir Das Frühstücksbüffet könnte hochwertiger sein. War geschmacklich aber in Ordnung. Das Frühstückspersonal sehr langsam.

Guter Aufenthalt , tolles Fruehstueck, Sauna gut

Der renovierte Bereich macht einen sehr tollen Eindruck. Im nicht renovierten Bereich sieht man das Alter des Hotels. Auch die Sauberkeit in diesem Bereich ist verbesserungswuerdig . Somit hat das Hotel wahrscheinlich zwei sehr unterschiedlich zu bewertende Bereiche . Tolle Saunalandschaft und ein sehr gutes Fruehstueck. Fairerweise : der Preis den man für einen Aufenthalt im alten Bereich bezahlt liegt natürlich auch unter dem des neuen Bereiches.

Das Hotel war sehr geräumig. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet. Fast königlich. Das einzige was ich wohl sehr schlimm fand, war Schimmel im Badezimmer. Ich habe es selber versucht einigermaßen zu beseitigen.

Wohlfühloase

Rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein ausgesprochen schönes maritimes Hotel. Die Kopfkissen waren so angenehm, dass wir mit Rabatt direkt welche gekauft haben. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, hat nichts gefehlt. Sauna, Massagen, Wellness vorhanden. Werden wir das nächste Mal ausprobieren. Hatten nur 2 Übernachtungen.

Zimmer altbacken. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage bekommen. Auf Nachfrage gab es ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage leider hat diese nicht gekühlt. Seifenspender waren in der Dusche abgerissen. TV Gerät so groß wie ein Bürobildschirm. Bildqualität war unterirdisch.

Wohlfühl Wochenende

Ich war vom 28.06 - 30.06 mit einer Freundin im Hotel. Wir haben eine Suite bewohnt, die sehr Modern und geräumig war. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Zustand der Möbel auf den Balkon. Sie waren ausgeblichen und Sitzkissen haben gefehlt. Balkonkasten und Dachrinnen waren voller Laub , was sofort bei dem Zugang zum Balkon sichtbar war. Aber das ist nur eine kleine Kritik, eher ein Denkanstoß. Das ganze Hotel hat eine sehr schicke moderne aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett, aber einige Angestellte hat Schwierigkeiten deutsch zu verstehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Kurzum wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden es weiterempfehlen und auch bestimmt wieder buchen. Auch die Lage des Hotelsst sehr gut gelegen eifach super zum abschalten. Und nicht zu vergessen der Spa Bereich.

Wir kommen immer wieder mal ins 53 Grad. Sprichwörtliche Serviceorientierung und Kundenorientierung sind hier förmlich mit Händen zu greifen. Vielen Dank. Der Wellnessbereich ist super, der Blick auf das Zwischenahner Meer bei dem Wetter auch!

Das Personal war super freundlich. Frühstück und Lage waren wunderbar. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Zimmers sind in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht einem vier Sterne Hotel. In der Hotelbeschreibung wird ein Innenpool beworben den es gar nicht gibt.

Das Zimmer war für vier Personen nicht ausgelegt. Meine beiden Söhne haben auf dem Klappsofa keinen Platz gehabt. Frühstück und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch hervorragend.
