We got all that, the photographs on the site did not lie: high quality apartment, excellent bathroom, bedroom spacious enough with a good quality bed, ample towels, also option for extra or 'neck' pillow. "Even though we didn’t speak much German, we could communicate with the host through VRBO and the messages were translated. We appreciated the lockbox entry so we didn’t need to arrive at a specific time. There was free parking behind the house. Unfortunately we had a massive van and we couldn’t fit it in the parking area, but the host directed us to another spot we could use. There were three spacious bedrooms, and a well supplied kitchen. There was a large bathroom and a nice patio area too....

"Had not been to Germany since 1995 and Ottobeuren was a good choice for the small village atmosphere I remembered. The apartment was a very short walk to the village square with several restaurants and entertainment some nights. The monastery just of the square was also quite amazing and nice to visit. We were also a reasonable distance from Garnish and Oberammergau, places we wanted to revisit."

Unsere Erwachsenen Kinder bewohnten das Gegenüber liegende Appartement, wodurch wir jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon unseres Appartements gemeinsam Frühstücken konnten. Auch für Hunde Besitzer ist das Appartement sehr zu empfehlen da sich in der Nachbarschaft zwei sehr schöne Parks befinden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Familie Meyer und Hund Strolch"

We spent lovely evenings on the covered terrace even though it was raining heavily outside. A very peaceful location , and within driving distance to Austria and Switzerland."
