Directly between forest and lake. The comfortable variant. Our large 1 1/2 room apartment> Schwan T butterfly <,> squirrel <,> fox swan <. The salt used in the rooms creates a mineral salt-containing air similar to that found on the sea, in salt tunnels or graduation towers. The orange-red Himalayan salt not only gives the room a special atmosphere - salty air is also known for its health-promoting effect. Because many of us have already experienced the revitalizing effect of the salty sea climate. TERRACE, GARDEN & RENTAL Our guests have a lawn, as well as a gazebo and a seating area on the terrace. In the garden berries, garden herbs and eating flowers for salads can be picked (seasonal). Furthermore, bicycles, rubber boats, outdoor toys, barbecue and fire basket can be borrowed for free. PARK Parking space number 2 is available directly on site. HOUSE RULES We offer our guests newly renovated and refurbished rooms with brand new interior design. We ask you to handle the device with care. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. There is an ashtray and a seating area in the yard ready. The apartments are decorated with elements of Himalayan salt. These are especially sensitive to moisture. In order to dehumidify the rooms, the air conditioning must be switched on during the day, especially in rainy weather and on humid days. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet.Uns fehlte auf der eigenen Terrasse allerdings ein Sonnenschirm da diese ab mittags komplett in der Sonne liegt und ohne Schatten so nicht unbedingt nutzbar ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell am See oder auch im Wald hinter dem Quartier. Und mit dem Rad ist man auch schnell auf der anderen Seite zum Einkaufen. Die Unterkunft war soweit sauber und die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung Schwan verfügt über keine Klimaanlage (!) und das WLAN funktionierte über die gesamte Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Richtig enttäuschend wurde es jedoch erst nach unserer Abreise. Wegen angeblich nicht mehr auffindbaren Inventar und einen erheblichen Mehraufwand bei der Endreinigung wurde uns die Aufforderung zur Nachzahlung geschickt. Die Bereitschaft uns über die Entwendeten Gegenstände und den Mehraufwand aufzuklären war zu keiner Zeit erkennbar, obwohl wir dies wirklich gerne wüssten! Wir haben nichts entwendet und bis auf 2 Töpfe von Mittagessen am Abreisetag haben wir die Wohnung im einwandfreien Zustand verlassen. Nach einer sachlichen aber bestimmen Email unsererseits, das wir nicht bereit sind die Nachforderung zu zahlen, hat die Eigentümerin Abstand von ihrer Forderung genommen und uns Hausverbot erteilt. So sollte man nicht mit Kunden umgehen. Absolut enttäuschend und aufgrund dessen definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen. ##### Michel R.
