The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice quaint spot in the country. The food was great! Only complaint was that it could use a coffee machine in the room as we had to leave early before the breakfast. The cleaning woman in the restaurant made us 2 coffees to go. That was very nice.

The location is in easy walking distance to all the beautiful sites in Potsdam. Modern and flooded with natural light, the hotel has many areas for gathering or quiet reading. The hotel has a relaxing pool area, nice indoor and patio bar and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The rooms have comfortable bedding and air conditioning (which was a relief during warm days this August). I highly recommend the hotel!

"Check in experience was terrible, wanted us to wait 45 min at 11 PM at bar with 6 month old. Offered smaller room, but with no price adjustment. Once in the room, it was dirty. Trash still there. Dirty cups and glasses. Empty paper towel dispensers. IMPORTANT: Massive amounts of pests - silverfishes ..."
