Sie sind bei uns als Feriengast richtig, wenn Sie es etwas anders als Mainstream mögen, wenn ausgefallen Ihnen wichtiger ist als perfekt. Die Ferienwohnungen sind im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses, die Fenster sind noch Original aus den 1920ern, alles ist etwas schief aber mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt mit Blick auf den auf den Watzmann und auf den Staufen in Schwarzbach Marzoll. Direkt 400 m entfernt vom Freibad, ca. 300 m vom Tennisplatz, ca. 100 m in die Marzollerau an die Saalach, ca. 200 m von der Bushaltestelle zur Linie 1, die direkt in die Stadt Bad Reichenhall fährt und ca. 200 m von der Bushaltestelle zum Bus nach Salzburg rein. Wir sind ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt und auch die Autobahn ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, so dass wir bestens angebunden sind. Das Wagnerhaus steht in einem Ensemble mit anderen alten Häusern und einer alten Kapelle die alle von der Bauzeit rund um 1650 liegen. Es ist optimal gelegen für Liebhaber des Geochachings, denn in Gehdistanz, denn in gehdistanz befinden sich viele interessante Chaches. Wir sind im Wegenetz für Radfahrer optimal positioniert. Von hier aus können Touren in allen Leistungsstufen gestartet werden. Die Wohnung "rechts eini" ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet und ist, bei entsprechendem Wetter, den ganzen Tag über lichtdurchflutet. Die großzügige Wohnküche ist wohnlich eingerichtet und lädt mit dem zusätzlichen Sofa zum verweilen ein. Dieses Sofa verfügt über eine Ausziehfunktion und stellt damit auch das 3\. und 4\. Bett dar. In der Wohnküche ist auch der Fernseher montiert. Toilette und Bad sind räumlich voneinander getrennt. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche. Die Handtücher werden gestellt, je ein großes, ein kleines Handtuch p.P./Woche. Die Einbauküche verfügt über einen Backofen, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Herd und einen Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist mit einer Basisausstattung an Tellern Töpfen und Besteck, sowie Gläsern und Tassen ausgestattet. Es gibt eine reguläre Spüle, jedoch keinen Geschirrspüler. Spültuch, Spülmittel, Geschirrhandtuch und Spülschwamm werden gestellt. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es etwas Stauraum in einer Kommode und die Möglichkeit etwas Bekleidung auch aufzuhängen. Der Schwedenofen ermöglich ein gemütliches Ofenfeuer im Schlafraum. Wir haben direkt wertvolle Ausfugtipps bekommen.Der Eingang zur FeWo befindet sich auf der Rückseite/Garten des schönen alten Wagnerhauses, wo man direkt Bekanntschaft mit den netten Hühnern machen kann.Auf deren Hinterlassenschaften muss man halt ein wenig aufpassen.Das modernisierte kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bodenheizung ist ein Raumwunder.Die Küchenzeile hat zwar schon bessere Tage gesehen, aber es funkioniert alles und Koch- und Geschirrutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt, hat uns nicht gestört.Das Doppelbett bietet ausreichend Liegefläche und wir haben dort gut gelegen. Die IKEA-Ausziehcouch war auch in Ordnung. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es etwas eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit (wenn frei), aber etwas 25 m neben dem Haus auf dem Grünstreifen ist eigentlich immer etwas frei.Unsere E-Bikes konnten erfreulicherweise trocken im Garten unterstellen. In dem kleinen Örtchen gibt es einen Kramerladl (Tante Emma Laden), der fußläufig in 5 Minuten übers Feld erreichbar ist, so dass frische Brötchen morgens am Frühstückstisch nicht fehlen müssen. Die Fewo ist sauber und verfügt über einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig. Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt.
