The approximately 270 m² house is located away from the hustle and bustle about 2 km above the historic town center Ahrweiler, in the green resort area "Godenelter", located in the middle of the forest. We have a carport and plenty of space for more cars. It is high quality and lovingly furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture and has two bathrooms (both with windows, one with toilet / sink / shower - one with toilet / bidet / sink / shower and large corner bath) and an additional guest toilet. All in all 3 toilets in the house. A magnificent fireplace in the spacious living room conjures up wonderful winter evenings. Firewood can be purchased cheaply through us. The house has underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor is a 1.60 m wide double bed and a very comfortable and high quality 1,80 m wide double bed. In the 2\. Upstairs there are three bright and nicely furnished double rooms with different equipment and beds of different sizes (1.60 m / 1.80 m / 1.80 m) The mattresses are all new and comfortable. Pets are allowed. but please not in the beds or sofas. Smokers too, but only on the terrace, since it is a non-smoking house. People who do not like animals do not need to read further, because they are expressly NOT welcome! The house has several terraces and balconies (covered), which are equipped with sufficient patio furniture, deck chairs, several grills, etc. Furthermore, we offer you a large garden where you can sunbathe, play, barbeque and relax. The property covers about 1000 m² and is directly adjacent to the forest. In the morning or evening you are often visited by wildlife such as deer, foxes, rabbits and squirrels. Bird lovers will also get their money. We have got dog and cat baskets as well as all sorts of utensils around the animal. Rodent cages are also available, so that colleague Langohr can also go on holiday with us and does not have to stay at home. Dog cat mouse: everything is allowed. You can even bring your horse / horses and hire them in our stable. Beautiful racetracks are waiting to be explored by you. Bed linen, towels, bath rug, hair dryer and everything else you need in everyday life, such as liquid soap, toilet paper, facial tissues, dishcloths & tea towels, dish soap and toilets and a fully equipped shoe cleaning box are included and of course included in the price. There is also a large selection of board games, jigsaw puzzles and a library for adults and one for children. Boredom even in rainy weather is there no indication! There is a washing machine and a dryer in the house, but in a seperate room. You can´t use it, but we are happy to offer you a washing service for you. Just let us know, if you want to have your stuff washed. We will do that immediately for you. In the house are two folders with information material, brochures, tips and suggestions for your stay in our picturesque Ahr valley ready for you. For the design of your vacation time, we are happy to help and advice. Just talk to us! Christiane und José sind außergewöhnlich liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber die sich große Mühe geben damit man den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt hat. Highlight für die Kinder war auf jeden Fall die Zeit, die sie mit den Tieren verbringen durften und die riesige Spieleauswahl. Andere freuten sich über die ruhige und schöne Umgebung so nah an der Natur, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und/oder die weihnachtliche Deko die die beiden extra für uns angebracht haben. Es war alles da, was man sich nur wünschen kann - Küche und Bad waren voll ausgestattet, und wir haben auch den gut bestückten Spieleschrank sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Christiane und José waren sehr gastfreundlich und immer ansprechbar. Unsere Hündin hat sich gleich mit dem Hund der beiden angefreundet und unsere Tochter hat sich sehr über die Pferde und den Ausritt gefreut. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, sowohl für Spaziergänge und kleine Ausflüge nach Ahrweiler und Bad Neuenahr als auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Köln, Bonn, Koblenz, Zülpich und Bergheim. Auch die Katzen und der Hund, Ernesto, haben das Erlebnis für unsere Kinder noch abgerundet. Im Haus ist die Aufteilung für zwei Generationen sehr schön: oben und unten zum Schlafen mit jeweils eigenem Bad, und in der Mitte Kochen und Wohnen mit Zugang zum Garten. Het licht in een mooie omgeving. Je hebt alle ruimte, relatief goede wifi en gewoon televisie. (tv heeft HDMI dus wij hebben onze laptop erop aangesloten). Grote tuin met BBQ en een leuke zitplek. Naast al dit zijn de gastdame en heer super aardig en heel behulpzaam. Alles is aanwezig in het huis maar als er een vraag was of iets miste konden we dat aan men vragen. Sehr schöner Ess-Wohnbereich mit Fenstern und Blick in die Natur nach allen Seiten. Ein gut ziehender Kamin und schöner Fussboden sorgen für Gemütlichkeit. Ein Esstisch mit Platz für unsere Gruppe aus 6 Leuten (und noch mehr). Wir waren im Winter da, aber im Sommer wird der Garten und die verschiedenen Balkone/Terrassen Entspannung pur bieten. In den Wald sind es nur wenige Schritte und zum Ort ein netter Spaziergang. Alles hervorragend sauber und bequem. Hilfsbereite und ausserordentlich nette Vermieter. Als Highlight sind fachkundig geführte Ausritte mit lammfrommen, aber hellwachen Pferden möglich, für Anfänger wie fortgeschrittene Reiter eine tolle Möglichkeit die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung beider Küchen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Erwachsenen im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der check in unkompliziert. Insgesamt, auch aufgrund des herrlichen Wetters, ein perfektes WE für uns. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Waldrand, ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, bietet viele verschiedene Dienste, unter anderem Reitstunden. Eine großzügige Außenanlage kann man zum Grillen und Party gut nutzen, alle Utensilien sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alle Möglichkeiten, zu kochen. Ahrweiler und Umgebung sind sehr schön, die Altstadt bietet viele gemütliche Lokale und Ecken. Rundum: es war eine wunderschöne und erholsame Urlaubswoche, leider zu kurz. Die freundlichen Vermieter Christiane und Jose' sind sehr Kunden- und Serviceorientiert. Sie waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
