(Ich werde dies auf Englisch schreiben, weil mein Deutsch nicht so gut ist) First of all I would like to sum up the positives: - The pictures are accurate on the website - Hand-, dishsoap, towels, sanitarypads, ... etc. are provided - Comfortable beds - The sauna is amazing But there are still plenty of things we weren't happy with: - Every room has a foul smell. The cabinets in the kitchen are sticky. -The whirlpool was disgusting. There was dirt in the water and on the bottom of the pool. - If you don't have an apple product, you can't use the downstairs projector for Netflix, Disney+, etc. We were lucky that one of us had an iphone, but if you don't have one, you're out of luck. - Eventhough there is a kino (homecinema) upstairs with Netflix (for which you don't need an apple product), you can barely use it. The wifi connection is so slow upstairs, it takes up to an half hour to load an episode of 20 minutes. - Although the pictures are accurate, they forget to mention that all the rooms are connected. Only one bedroom has a door, all the others don't. When you need to go to the bathroom during the night you need to pass through other bedrooms. Overall lack of privacy. - The house had a shared courtyard with a few other FeWo-houses. When there are people on the courtyard (or on their terrasses), you can hear every single word they are saying. We didn't have one single quiet night. - A lot of outlets are broken. - Eventhough I'm writing this review in English, I do speak and understand quite a lot of German. I never had any problem understanding and speaking to the locals, except the landlord. If your German isn't good, you might have trouble communicating with him. - We also didn't appreciate having to wait a full hour when we wanted to move our car. We parked on the provided parkingspace but when we wanted to leave, the owner blocked us in with his van. We called him over 10 times but he didn't answer his phone the first half hour. When he finally answered, he made us wait another half hour eventhough he said he would move the bus immediatly. Once he finally arrived he gave us a snarky remark saying "Why are you leaving this early?". It was 10 o'clock ... Overall, we are not happy with our stay. Bad Ems is a beautiful town, but I wouldn't reccomend staying in this house.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Der Spar-Bereich mit Whirlpool und Sauna waren genau das richtige, um mal wieder richtig zu entspannen. Die Einrichtung war sehr schƶn mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und immer schnell, sehr gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Privatspa

Wir waren mit einer 12er Gruppe vor Ort und hatten eine gute Zeit. Sauna und Whirlpool wurden ausgiebig genutzt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos vermitteln einen guten Eindruck. Gerne wieder!

Top Wochenend-Kurztrip

Das Kurzwochenende mit Freunden war sehr gut. Teilweise wirken die Wohnungen (unten Aufenthalt und oben Schlafen) ein wenig improvisiert, erfĆ¼llen aber voll und ganz ihren Zweck. FĆ¼r 7 Erwachsene ist ausreichend Platz, wenn das Objekt in vollem Umfang gebucht wird, wirdā€™s auf jeden Fall kuschelig. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war einwandfrei. Vielen Dank.

Wir haben ein Wochenende mit 8 Erwachsenen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das GebƤude liegt zentral in Bad Ems. Es ist sehr gerƤumig auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Man hat alles was man braucht (Sauna, Pool, KĆ¼che, Beamer, ā€¦). Sehr sauber und sonst alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir wĆ¼rden wieder dort hin reisen.

We hebben met zā€™n vieren een mooie midweek gehad. We kwamen pas om 22.00 uur aan ā€˜s avonds, maar dat was geen probleem. Alles was mooi verlicht en zag er sfeervol uit. Het enige wat voor ons misschien een beetje jammer was, is dat er geen tuin was met gras en uitzicht. Maar dat is voor veel mensen waarschijnlijk geen probleem. Al met al een fijn verblijf!

Super Unterkunft

Das Haus ist zentral in Bad Ems gelegen und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Schƶn ist die Trennung zwischen Wohn-/Essbereich sowie Sauna / Whirlpool im Erdgeschoss und den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss. Etwas schwierig war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Ć¼ber den Chat auf Fewo-Direkt. Hier wurden Fragen nur bedingt beantwortet bzw. sind offen geblieben. Mit der zustƤndigen Person vor Ort lief dies wiederum sehr gut und wir hatten einen Ansprechpartner, der gefĆ¼hlt durchgehend fĆ¼r uns erreichbar war.
