"This house was in a great location with close proximity to our favorite beach access. There were plenty of beach items such as chairs, a cart, and umbrella. The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials which made cooking very easy. We loved the charm and character of the house and all it had to offer."

"The property was very clean and beautiful on the inside. The host was accommodating in letting us check in an hour early since the cleaning had been completed. However, it was not a house, as described. It was a duplex at best. There was an attached property. The outside, especially the attached property, was a little rundown. Our only “real” complaint was that the upstairs air conditioning did not cool properly and on the next to last night when we finally got it cool enough, down to 72 degrees, it started leaking from the large vent in the upstairs hallway. On a side note, we had to dry clothes 2 or 3 times in the dryer to dry them completely. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and the beach was beautiful."
