Clerk was very rude. She was making sewing alterations to her personal clothing. Never provided any hotel information. Felt like I interrupted her personal time. Noticed previous travelers experienced similar problems. Training on customer service needs to be provided to check in staff.

For the money to have two broken elevators and a pool so cold you couldn’t use it.. being on fifth floor with a husband with hip issues and broken elevators it was Acceptable . Try heating your pool and Baki g sure clean towels are available to your guest . I have stayed at many Marriotts and this was a disappointment.. location was fantastic however
