"Property was the worst in all aspects from room where nothing works like the air conditioning to the laundry room was old and rundown talk to staff and no answers… we had the Presidential room and it was probably for the worst I ever seen really a joke, a few roaches where in the apartment and the breakfast was as bad as it can be …. REALLY THE PICTURES THEY HAVE OF THE ROOM ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET …. "

"Our room had the city view, the original one we booked. It was wonderful to wake up to a beautiful view. The staff were kind especially Tuyen, who recommended places for us to visit (hope I spell her name correctly). We had to leave early for a tour and unable to have breakfast. The hotel packed us a delicious one. The view from the 25th floor was gorgeous. We appreciate the free shuttle to the airport. We would love to stay here the next time we are in town again. Thank you for making our first trip to Da Nang a memorable one despite the rainy weather."
