Gave us an upgrade but did not come with a fridge which we needed because we had food, never been to a hotel with no fridge. The shower consumables smelt very chemically and did not smell safe to use, also the pumps did not work. No fitted sheet so when we woke up we were laying on the mattress. The walls were very dirty and covered in stains. A good location as it is accessable to all your needs. My room has a view of the beach. The room has a nice setup and amenities are as expected for a 4 star property. Services are all superb with very attentive and warm service from all. The beach experience is also excellent. Three months in Asia and I can say that this hotel has the best quality for such a minimal cost that I have come across.
