The room and its terrace was nice and comfortable. But the shower water temprature is totally not stable no matter you set it cold or hot. It can be extremely cold or hot any second.

The Best in Ayvalık
Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. The temperature of the sea water is hot comparing other places in North Egean. If you prefer enjoying near seaside, then the rooms in the main building should be preffered. The Covid-19 cautions are well. Only disadvantage is the high prices in the restaurant. There are no places to eat nearby, so you have to eat and drink in the hotel with high prices.

The perfect early or late summer retreat.
It's a brand new hotel and the staff are all friendly and keen. The kid's club is great, my 9 year old was quite happily occupied for half of every day. My 81 year old mother was well looked after on the beach. The sea is very shallow and ideal for little kids. There's plenty for the very old and the very young and for the inbetweeners there are bikes (kids seats and kids bikes too) water sports and the best spa with a wonderful masseur. We went at the end of the summer and I think June would be lovely too. There's not a lot to do nearby without a car but walking and cycling would be good. It's really a perfect retreat for 4 or 5 days - lovely food, lovely views, lovely staff and a beautiful small pool too.

Very nice hotel/resort in Sarimsakli
I stayed in a suit room for 2 nights in this hotel. It is a nice /luxury 5 star hotel with access to beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is about half hour drive from Ayvalik. My only complaint was the electric motor noise that was coming from outside when I open the balcony door for some fresh air. At night with the balcony door closed this wasn't a problem though. Overall this is a great 5 star accommodation that is reasonably priced.

Nie wieder D-Resort, egal in welcher Location
Achtung Abzocke!!! Erst mal das "Positive": Diese Anlage wird als 5-Sterne Hotelanlage vermarktet. Als Projektleiter für unzählige Hotelanlagen angefangen von 3 bis 5 Sterne-Hotels verdient dieses Hotel meinerseits höchstens 3,5 Sterne. Es ist ruhig gelegen, die Anlage ist übersichtlich, kombiniert mit einem Strandurlaub zum relaxen geeignet. Das Bedienungspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen und die Frühstücksküche war kulinarisch gedeckt, die Auswahl war gut. Die Schattenseiten der Anlage: Wir verreisten als 4-köpfige Familie. Unsere Zimmer wurden während dem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nur 1-mal gereinigt, weil die Putzkolonne erst spätnachmittags (nach 16:00 Uhr) zum reinigen kam, wenn alle bereits wieder im Zimmer waren. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, wurde trotz Meldung nicht behoben. Wir hatten als Familie verlangt die Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmern zu öffnen, konnte binnen 4 Tagen nicht erledigt werden. Abschließend das amateurhafte Erlebnis, welches mich persönlich dazu gebracht hat, diese Rezension zu verfassen. Wir haben beim Check-out eine Abrechnung erhalten, in der Dinge aus der Mini-Bar abgerechnet wurden, die wir nicht konsumiert haben. Hinzu kam noch eine erhebliche Zuzahlung für beide Kinder! Angeblich hätten wir pro Zimmer einen Erwachsenen und ein Baby bis einem Jahr gebucht.

Es gibt in der Nähe wenig Restaurants, deshalb ist man gebunden im Hotel zu essen. Das Essen war teuer und hat nicht geschmeckt.

Memnun kaldık
Odalar, denizi, konumu, spası, fitness salonu kısaca her şeyi harikaydı. Plaja döktükleri kumu çok sevdik. Denizi sığ, çocuklu aileler için çok uygundu. Ayvalık biraz benim konumuma göre uzak. Ama ona rağmen bir daha kesinlikle gidip kalırım. Tek eleştirebileceğim nokta kahvaltı çeşitlerini az bulmamdı. Ama olan çeşitler lezzetli ve kaliteliydi. Ben çok memnun kaldım.

Hayal kırıklığı
Maalesef büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık İlk önce verdikleri odanın kapısı çalışmadı.. Sonra içerideki koltukların ve balkonların kir içinde kaldığını gördük.. Bize ilk girişte oteli bile tanıtan olmadı Restorana geldik 10 dakika boyunca garsonu bekledik.. Garson geldi, siparişleri verdik.. Tulumpeynirli salatanın içinde tek bir tulum peyniri yoktu.. Fiyatları çok ama çok pahalıydı Akşam odaya giderken yan binadan köpekler çocuğun üzerine saldırdı.. En son finalde check out yaptık; mini barı kontrol edeceğiz dediler.. 15 dakika bizi beklettikten sonra hiç kullanmadığımız minibarda 2 damak 1 pringles harcamamız olduğunu ilettiler.. İtiraz edince hemen geri adım attılar Otelin kesinlikle yönetim sorunu var! Gün boyu oturan yöneticilerle bu kadar başarı olabiliyor, yazık

Empfang war unfreundlich...
Rezeption war unfreundlich, Empfangsgetränk gab es nur für Stammgäste! Das Zimmer war sehr verdreckt. Der Tisch klebte noch vom Vorgänger... Kaffeeflecken auf der Kommode!! Toilette hab ich selber nochmal gewischt....Als das Zusatzbett gemacht wurde, hat das Personal das Lacken sowie das Kopfkissen auf den verdreckten Teppich abgelegt.... sowas sollte in einem 5 Sterne Ambiente nicht vorkommen! Bedienung war oft freundlich aber leider nicht immer zuvorkommend. Am Tag der Abreise dann dann die Katastrophe: die Rezeption verlangte horrende Übernachtungskosten, obwohl diese schon vor Wochen über Expedia gebucht und gezahlt wurden. Zum Glück konnte mein Mann aus Deutschland Kontakt zu Expedia herstellen, die das dann telefonisch mit dem Hotel klären konnten. Die Entschuldigung des Hotels war sehr lapidare.... Positiv waren die Anlage und das Meer . Leider zu wenig um das als ein schönes 5 Sterne Hotel zu bewerten!! Grauenhaft,....nie wieder. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht!

Top Familienhotel
Sehr hübsches Hotel in einer Bucht gelegen. Ausstattung ist auf sehr gutem Niveau mit abegegrenztem Privatstrand. Spa und Fitnessstudio vorhanden und gut ausgestattet. Leider nur sehr gut für Familien geeignet, als Paar oder einzelne Person findet man schwer zur Ruhe und Entspannung . Frühstück und Service ist top. Abends kommt man auch leider erst spät zur Ruhe , da sich gegenüber der Bucht eine Disco befindet und man mit Musik beschallt wird. Ein Glas Wein abends auf dem Balkon, wird sehr schlecht.

Lohnt sich nicht...
Hotel ist eigentlich iO. Wäre ds nicht die hohen Preise für Essen und Getränke sowie die Quallen am Strand. Die Preise sind wirklich unverhältnismäßig hoch und Quallen im Mehr sind nervig. Egal wie sehr man aufpasst, mab kriegt etwas ab und bekommt rote Flecken auf der Haut.
