Easy communication by the team before entry, key safe easy to sort and access easy. Place was left clean and warm on arrival. Area is OK, lots of free parking right outside the door, a Chippy next door but one, Bakery across the road and a few little corner shops only minutes away with Ayr town centre only 5 minutes walk away. The place is a ground floor flat in a converted house with a double bed (a very comfy bed), sitting area with a good kitchen and clean bathroom. Will definitely used again.

Very clean apt. with easy checkin and out. Newly updated with a few updates still needing completion.Handy location to visit the town. Lovely bakery across st and handy fish n chip shop two door away. Hot water meter was difficult to understand and program so would recommend an instruction manual for guests. Early morning bakery deliveries and trash collections so if you’re not an early riser that may be annoying. Overall would recommend this apt. We stayed for four nights and will return in future.
