The hotel manager was excellent and upgraded us to a junior suite as we had a child wit us. Konstantin the porter was amazing and really made an effort with us when we arrived and left. This was a last minute find, but was so happy with the choice. Hope the good service continues!

Amazing hotel and fab service. They really did go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We went with our 3 month old, were able to fill her flask with boiling water everyday. They upgraded us on arrival to a beautiful sea view room which already had a crib ready for our little one. Room was cleaned well everyday. And anything required was promptly catered for. Stayed for 3 nights. Held a small dinner for my daughter and family following her wedding. Nothing prearranged. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I have nothing but praise for the excellent, outstanding service we were given. We will definitely be returning. By the way, I didn't mention the beautiful gardens and the nice beach. Oh, and the pelican! Great place.
