Located canal front in Avon, you'll enjoy beautiful sound views and amazing Hatteras Island sunsets from Sunset Cove. Enjoy all that Hatteras Island has to offer, just a short drive away. Visit the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse further south or head north and discover the Bodie Island Lighthouse and spend the day in Nags Head. In Avon, explore the great local shopping, dining, and more, only a 10 minute walk away! Sunset Cove is also pet friendly so the family dog is more than welcome to join in on the fun too. Even better? You can walk to the beach access via Wahoo Circle or Sandfiddler Lane so you'll be sure to have endless beach days and many memories with your friends and family.

Family dinners will be a delight at the large dining table with a canal view while the large kitchen with breakfast bar will make cooking the dinners a breeze. Off season vacations are just as nice with the cozy gas fireplace located on the top floor and the bubbling hot tub on the covered deck. Guests staying at Sunset Cove also get complimentary access to the 25-meter Olympic size pool and tennis courts located on the North side of the Food Lion Shopping Center in the nearby Kinnakeet Shores subdivision.

family fun

although we potentially were involved in 2 bad storms- we only had one rainy day. the place was comfortable with plenty of amenities. pets were happy when we took them for sunrise beach walks. thank you for sharing your home with us.
