A quiet cul-de-sac welcomes you to this house that’s perfect for a small family. All three bedrooms are located on the first level. There’s a king master with ensuite bath and a queen and bunk room that share a full hallway bath which also includes a laundry closet. Two exterior doors provide access to the furnished sun deck which also houses a 6-person hot tub, perfectly positioned for a soothing soak as the sun sinks below the sound. The top floor captivates with an open living concept and plenty of windows to reveal the sound side’s natural beauty. A large Smart TV anchors a comfortably furnished great room. Between the charcoal grill located outside at the back of the home and the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to bring your favorite vacation meals to a dining table that seats eight, along with three more at the breakfast bar. Kids enjoyed the bridge out front that felt like our own private bridge to our rental. Within walking distance to beach and shopping area that included restaurants and Food Lion.
