    An open and easy floor plan allows everyone to spread out. When it's mealtime, head to the kitchen and use the brand new stove to whip up a delicious meal. Other recent upgrades include a remodeled lower bath. For entertainment, you can cook up a feast outside on the grill or stay happily entertained indoors with two HDTVs, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a stereo/CD player, games, books, and free high-speed WiFi for your laptop.

The house location is unbeatable, walking distance to shops and the beach is right behind the deck. The house is well equip with tons of board games, movies etc. and the kitchen has everything you can imagine. I can wait to be back with the family for a longer stay.

This house is a perfect beach cottage. You don't have to schedule your vacation with four other families to have all the ocean front adminities. The views are perfect. I recommend watching the sunset on the front deck and watch the ocean with your coffee on the new deck.

Best House on the Beach

We love this house. It is very comfortable for the two of us but will also work if we are joined by family or friends. The kitchen has everything. The new bathroom was terrific. The weather was great the entire time. We have already reserved a spot for next year.

Good location

Property is oceanfront just a shortwalk through the dunes to the beach. We didnt need everything it had to offer as it was mainly a crash pad for a guy's fishing trip and we were gone all day for our few day trip. Not far from grocery store, bait shop, and several restaurants.

This was a great house! It was very close to the beach and a perfect size for a family of 6. It could definitely use some updates with the cooking utensils, specifically the pans. It was very clean when we arrived but smelly. We had to keep the windows open for several days and use a lot of Fabreze to keep the smell down. We would definitely rent again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Beach Adventures! The home was extremely clean and clearly very cared for by the owner. The upgrades are very nice but without taking the feel of a cozy beach home away. Perfect size for our family, lots of board/card games for rainy days, a good variety of beach toys were included under the house. Great kitchen that was fully stocked and the open space was lovely. The laundry/storage room is a big plus as well. The walk to the beach over the small dune is very doable even with smaller children. We have so much good to say and we cannot wait to be back next May! In our many years of coming to Avon, this home was probably the cleanest and most cared for by the owners. Highly recommend this home!

A group of four of us went and it was perfect for what we needed. It was cozy and had direct access to the beach/view. We didn't have any issues checking in or out. There isn't a ton of things to do nearby but we planned on just going to the beach most days so it was great for us. We would stay here again.

Perfect location. Close to a few restaurants and Food Lion. Short dune walk to the beach! Gorgeous view feom deck. Very clean and well stocked! Only issue is property management company never advised when property was ready. After check-in, however they did communicate to see if we had.any questions or issues. I would definitely stay here again!!
