With 4 bedrooms, this split-level home is perfect for two small families looking for a quiet vacation. A private saltwater swimming pool with poolside Tiki bar provides the perfect starting point for your vacation. Also on the ground level you'll find ample parking, a fish cleaning table with water and lights, and grill. Step up to a landing to find the cabana half bath, outdoor shower and laundry room. Up one more landing is the entrance to the home with expansive ocean views from the decks and living area. The kitchen offers a center island for additional counter space and snacks at the bar. There is a covered porch off the dining area and comfortable seating in the living area with 46" flat screen TV, DVD and Stereo/CD. A split level down you'll find 2 bedrooms (king, 2 singles) with shared full bath. A split level up, find the queen master bedroom with sliders to the oceanfront deck and another bedroom with a queen and a single plus a private half bath. All three levels of decking offer beautiful ocean views. This home does not have a landline. The location is great with a view of the ocean over the dunes and access to the beach, especially from the high decks. The newly built pool and deck would be wonderful for summertime. The inside could use updating, especially in the upstairs bathroom shower, which is VERY small. The 3 levels with bedrooms and bath on the low and high levels may be a challenge for some people with leg challenges. With COVID, the linens/towels had to either be rented or had to bring our own. The house was clean, but we did encounter some roaches and there were some kitchen items the needed to be cleaned. Also, although we knew that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, there was a shortage of blankets given we were advised not to use the comforters. Finally, it is worth noting that the shower in the upstairs bathroom is quite small and might even be impractical for a larger person. All that said, the pool, the decking and the hot tub were great!
