Everything was exactly like the pictures except there was a larger table for dining. I thought everything was wonderful. The town of Avon was fantastic. The beach was a short walk. My children all enjoyed kayaking in the provided kayaks. I have stayed in many rentals and I have never had such a well stocked kitchen. You will not need to bring anything with you for cooking. Went down with a group of 8 adults and this cottage was perfect. Normally you’re always offered a cottage with one room that has bunks or twin beds. With this house having 4 queens, each couple was super comfy. Not to mention, the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve every experienced in a Vrbo. Beach access is an easy walk but the access itself can be a smidge difficult to find or see. We made it though. Having a food lion and gas station right around the corner made for easy access to anything we needed. We enjoyed the Hatteras lighthouse, Pangea tavern, and a small store called Artistic Treasures.
