Located just one lot back from the beach, take advantage of the community boardwalk for easy beach access. The expansive pool deck provides room for lounging near the sparkling private pool and bubbly hot tub. Inside the home, find the entertaining game room complete with pool table, chess table and pub table along with convenient wet bar with full size refrigerator for stowing your pool and beach drinks and snacks. Also on the first level of the home is a full bath and three bedrooms, one pyramid bunk bedroom and two king master bedrooms with private baths. Step up to the mid-level of the home to find another two king master bedrooms with private baths, and two more bedrooms, 1 with king and 1 with 2 pyramid bunks, that share a hall bath. The washer/dryer can also be found on this level. There is one more king master bedroom located on the top level of the home, with a Jacuzzi tub in the private bath.
