  • This condo had a $120,000 professionally remodel/renovation completed in Nov 2024. This included NEW carpet, NEW paint, NEW furniture, NEW beds, NEW Appliances, and NEW vanities. Updated pictures are posted. Note: additional resort fees below.

    Privately owned premium luxe suite featuring 3-bdrm/3-bath curved end unit in east wing of Resort with large wrap around deck located inside the Brand Name Resort & Spa (I am not allowed to use the name of this hotel/resort & spa in my advertising).

    Crack your windows and hear the water from the Eagle River!

    Resort has DIRECT GONDOLA ACCESS to Beaver Creek Mountain and SKI /BOOT VALET. Resort also has free shuttle to BC Village (5 min) and Vail (15 min). No need to rent a car!

    I am a VRBO "Premier Partner" have over 400 5-star reviews on VRBO so you rest assured things will go smoothly and be right!

    All condos/suites/rooms in this resort are individually owned. I have chosen to take this suite out of the resort rental pool and use VRBO, saving the 65% on the resort management fee and pass on the savings to you!

This was a welcome break for our two families home from home. The location was perfect and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we need. Our host answer all our question within hours and was always helpful.

Perfect Ground Floor Corner Location

Great Size for a guy's trip with four guys over 50. Loved the locations, views, amenities. Best part was walk-out to town gondola and of course the bar. Close walk to many good food options in Avon. Would definitely go back!

Highly recommend

This property is incredible. Spacious, well appointed, freshly remodeled. It is part of the Westin Riverfront which has amazing recreation opportunities, beautiful views of the mountains and close proximity to restaurants, groceries, etc! Hosts are great communicators and respond quickly.

Great Property

We love the Westin Riverfront. So having a 3bedroom unit in the hotel was great. Hotel is amazing. The unit was wonderful and had lots of room for all of us.

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend. I can’t wait to plan another trip! The beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. The resort itself has everything you need. It was located in a great location - Being able to walk to Fattoria for dinner was really nice.Reed, our host, was very responsive & helpful. He even went above and beyond to mail a stuff animal back to me that my daughter left. I would highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this unit. It was very spacious and super comfortable. Being a part of the resort was great, as we had access to all the amenities including the pool, hot tubs, gym, restaurants, etc. Our only regret was that we had to cut our stay short, but we hope to return again in the future!

Wonderful property within the Westin riverfront. Easy access to ski rental and ski slopes with attached gondola to the property. Entertainment nightly w on-site restaurant and bar. Would easily stay again!

Beautiful Condo

We had 6 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Having a full kitchen and 31/2 baths helped so much. The view was an added bonus.

Amazing Vail Property

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at this Condo within the Westin in Avon, and I am sure it won't be the last. This is a corner unit with amazing views of the mountains, privately owned, but with all the Westin amenities! Charlie is very accessible and wanting to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The Kitchen is beautiful with great cookware and even sharp knives! We previously rented 2 bedrooms, but this year took 3. This place really added to our vacation experience.

Ski vacation

Great family vacation. It is our second time this year staying at the Westin. We did a week in the summer and 5 days skiing. Great location, great service, and convenient. Loved our visit. We will be back.

Well worth the money.

Staying at the Westin Riverside through VRBO with Chuck is well worth the money. All the amenities of the Westin Are available. Chuck provides great service and keeps you updated with what is going on in the area. Have used his service through VRBO every year for the last three years without fail. Rooms are always clean and well kept. Highly recommended.The three room unit we had was perfect for two families with two kids each. In room washing machine and full-size kitchen with excellent equipment was perfect. Great snow also helps.
