"We were not familiar and it took a minute to locate as the entrance is not facing the street. Once we found it, Giuliani checked us right in and set up a parking valet for us. She helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Beautiful building with great history. Rooms were quiet and clean. Everyone was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thank you goes to Valentina, who was simply outstanding—so warm, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our stay extra memorable. We honestly can’t thank her enough! The room was spotless—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly tidy and clearly well-maintained. It really felt like a home away from home. Communication with the hotel was excellent from the beginning.
