The location and the lodgings were incredible. the apt was in great condition and the hosts make it feel very welcoming and very well looked after. so for pros, it is damn near everything. the cons are almost non existent. the dining chairs were all very loose and wobbly, but just need a bit of tightening. the patio screen door (which is mentioned in the listing) is missing, not a big deal. and we put tissue boxes and toilet paper rolls behind the doors to stop the handles bashing through the walls (I believe that the host said they are fixing that.now the one thing that reduced the star rating and I feel it is a subjective issue. we found a black mold under one of the end tables and informed the host and they didn't send someone out to clean it up during our last days stay. other than that a near perfect place and location to stay. ![](https://a.travel-assets.com/ugc/hotel-reviews/ee004440-09b2-4cd6-bbe0-faebe8b44f9b-1765937648246.jpg?impolicy=resizecrop&rw=204&ra=fit&q=high) ##### Matthew P.
