"This hotel is amazing! We had a suite with 2 double beds and ocean view. The view was wonderful, room was clean and spacious, decent shower pressure, and they have a wonderful cove that has warm water in comparison to the colder ocean water. Also, make sure to check out Ventana Grill (10min walk) that has beautiful views of ocean and great food! We wish we spent more than 1 night here, but Pismo Beach was a pit stop for us as we made our way down the PCH to LA/OC."

"The service here is top-notch! We arrived early and it was no problem to get access to the parking garage and pool area while we waited. The resort fee is totally worth it. You get a free bottle of wine in the room, if it’s not to your preference you can exchange it for another type of wine. Unopened I imagine. They offer 1 hour free e-bike rentals, beach chairs and umbrellas, and free breakfast. I recommend reading about the included amenities before arriving or just ask them when you get there. I was very impressed with the front desk staff. I would stay here again!"

"Love the pool/hot tub, the free beer and reasonably priced outdoor grilled food between 530-730. The breakfast is great too. "

"When checking in the there was only one person at the desk and the person they were helping had some issues and before you knew it, the check in line was out the door. The customer being helped had issues with there room assignments yet they made theres online prior to check in so it was frustrating she was holding up the line. I was with kids that were tired and just wanted to get my room key. A gentleman ended up coming to tne front and started helping me but i waited about 10 minutes and the people behind me even longer and it was approximately 430pm so maybe a busy time anyway but one person at the front desk was sort of ridiculous. Other than that the place was beautiful and our stay was great!"

"Beautiful oceanfront property! We have stayed twice and both stays were so relaxing. We love the oceanfront rooms with the balcony. We love just sitting on the chairs in the balcony watching and listening to the waves. Shore Cliff Hotel will be our go-to hotel whenever we have to be in the area. Our child is a student at Cal Poly SLO so we are in the area quite often. We'll definitely be back! "
