This place was perfect for what we needed, especially given the rush booking. The air conditioning works, there is a kitchen and a washer, and the wifi connection is good. The location in Avignon is nice: it's not too far from the train station or from the city center. The communication was very clear and amiable for check-in and check-out. That said, there are a few cons that may didn't affect our stay but may bother/hinder others. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, so you have to be able-bodied. It is an old building, and all old buildings have their quirks. The only thing that really bothered me was that I didn't see anywhere in the listing that a security deposit would be charged. I may have missed it.
