Disliked: Check-in

The location in the heart of Avignon was great. Good access to transportatio and local sites.

Getting in and out of the gate was difficult it would be good if some pictures were supplied. A picture would also be good for locating the button to lock the door. There were pictures to help with where all the dishes and utensils went and these were great the space was organized well and the bathroom and laundry facilities were great
