The Gîte de valentin is a part of the Moulin, classified 4 stars furnished tourist offered for 3 people of 45 m2.<br>Children are welcome (0-3 years old max).<br>The accommodation is designed to complete a large family for the summer season.<br>An independent entrance and after two wooden staircases in the farmhouse of the Moulin de Tartay (31 steps with 2 landings),<br>It has a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers,<br>a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. <br>The accommodation includes an open fitted kitchen, a large living room overlooking the kitchen<br>and a flat-screen TV.<br> Wi-Fi is free in the accommodation.<br>The cottage is air-conditioned.<br>Private SPA on reservation and at an additional cost, session of 2 hours maximum.<br>We provide our private terrace with a BBQ and a brazier for this accommodation.<br>The garden consists of garden furniture, a heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 metres deep unsupervised (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E. standards (a waiver of liability will be requested from each customer and for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a swing under the responsibility of parents (open from April to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to October),<br>a garden basket limited to 90 kg with its cushions.<br>The garden is shared only with the tenants of the Moulin de Tartay estate.<br>A football, beach volleyball and petanque field is also available.<br>A Ping-Pong table and a basketball hoop for amateurs.<br>A carport for one car.<br>The 15000 M2 plot is enclosed and secured.<br>The establishment is under surveillance by outdoor cameras.<br>A car charging station is available (additional service €8).<br>The accommodation is non-smoking.<br>Pets are not allowed.<br>A dog is on site as well as chickens, cockerels and geese.<br>No party or reception on the estate.<br>No noise pollution after 10 p.m.<br>We speak English and German...
