Stylish accommodation close to the train station. Also within 10 minutes walk of main tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Breakfast within the hotel was expensive so we opted for cafés nearby. Staff were great and helpful.

The reception staff were excellent; more helpful and knowledgeable than staff I've encountered in more celebrated hotels I've stayed at. Wallid, in particular, could not have been kinder, helping my partner and I with our bags and children's accouterment.

The hotel is okay for one night. Clean, with all the basics you need and an extremely large bed. However, I've never seen a smaller toilet than the one in my room...it felt like a punishment every time you go in. Sound isolation can be improved too. When the neighbor showered, it felt like they were showering in our bathroom. Thank god they didn't do it too late, otherwise it wouldn't be possible to sleep.

The location of the Bristol is excellent - near the train station and lots of wonderful restaurants. The breakfast buffet gives you a good start to the day. It always has yummy food to enjoy. Jeremy was most helpful in making our stay easy and enjoyable. We'll definitely return to the Bristol next time we're in Avignon.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol. The location was excellent, it was within a good walking distance to the Palais and close to restaurants and shops. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the buffet breakfast (added for a cost) was great. Our room was clean and a good size for 3 people. Would highly recommend.

Great choice of hotel. It is located in the very center of Avignon where bars and restaurants are. It is a pleasant walk to explore the city and its heritage. Staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. We stayed in March. The hotel rate is exceptionally good for what we got.

Close to everthing. Comfortable beds. 3.3eu to take train from TGV station to Avignon Center... took 25 minutes, including train wait, plus another 5-min walk to hotel. Took Uber back to TGV station... 13eu's. Under ten minutes.

Very clean and mostly friendly staff. However there were a few things that could have been better. First, there were barely any outlets in the room, one in the bathroom and only one in the main room. There were two regular usb's (typeC) so if you had a newer iphone or laptop you could not charge (they are type A) unless you knew and brought usb c adapters. They gave us extension cords which caused a tripping hazard when used across the room. The air conditioner could not be adjusted in the room, although when we asked they lowered the temperature. However it made a lot of noise with humming and some intermittent knocking which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep.
