Gîte de Léonie Moulin de Tartay en Avignon

The apartment is part of the Mill, offered for 2 or 4 people of around 55 m2.
After two stairs in the farmhouse of the Moulin de Tartay (28 steps),
it has a bedroom with a double bed for two people, a large wardrobe,
the second bedroom consists of two single beds and a large wardrobe,
a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The accommodation comprises an open fitted kitchen, a living area overlooking the kitchen and a flat-screen TV.
The garden consists of an unsupervised 7 by 3 by 1 metre 50 deep swimming pool (open from May to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E standards. (a discharge will be requested from each client and for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for security reasons, a swing in the form of a gantry under the responsibility of the parents (open from May to October), a limited trampoline to one person and under 90 KG (open from April to October), a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions. The garden is shared with the tenants of the Moulin de Tartay gîte.
WiFi is free in the accommodation.
