The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

Every time was excellent, it’s family business, so every one is doing the best they can to keep the customers happy, they go beyond a regular job duties, myself and my wife were very happy with everything. Antonio was very helpful and pleasant, Francisca in the restaurant was very pleasant, other staff were very friendly, but limited English, but did great. We would go back

We loved our stay there . The terrace view of the bay was spectacular. The staff was super accommodating in all ways. And while the hotel is up in the hills, the free shuttle that ran to and from Sorrento was very well run( it’s about a 20 minute trip each way). While we didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant, we enjoyed breakfast out by the pool every day. An important aspect to add, we discovered there is an elevator that takes you to the city centre , avoiding a long walk on the stairs. Also, Sorrento is a hidden gem to base your trip out of,. The shopping is amazing there and we managed to do day trips to Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, and Capri island ( highly recommend taking a small boat trip).
