    Located in Avellino, this welcoming 90 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You’ll have a private kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, air fryer, kettle, and other appliances. The property features high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, air conditioning and independent heating in every room, a 50-inch smart TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace with three desks. Shared games and books for children are available. The private elevator is accessible via a ramp of 10 steps.



    The bright, quiet apartment offers mountain views and is part of a building with a private courtyard. Relax in the shared garden, a green space perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Enjoy the peaceful residential neighborhood, just 700 meters from Piazza Libertà.



    Free street parking is available. On request, shuttle services to/from the airport and train station are offered for an extra fee. Events are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and we kindly ask you to avoid wasting energy with air conditioning or heating.
