"The receiption is at 1st floors and rooms are above 1st floor. It has no elevator and you had to pickup your bags like 2 or 3 stories's stairs to your room. Also the windows opens to road side, which is like highway. Since the windows are not sound proof, so it very noisy at night and you can't sleep."

I don't understand how Expedia work with this hotel without guarantee to their customers that Expedia charges will reflect in hotel system.
