  • Located in Avaray, Centre-Val de Loire, this charming 120 m² holiday home welcomes up to 8 guests. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable living room. The separate toilet is on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style fridge and a large dining table for 8. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, and a high chair for children.



    Outside, relax in your private garden with direct access to the Loire cycling path and an uncovered private terrace. A pleasant small veranda extends the living area, providing extra space to unwind.



    The private courtyard can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. The property is fully enclosed by walls for privacy and security, with a 3-meter-wide gate suitable for standard vehicles. Please note that events are not allowed.



    The house is ideally located on the banks of the Loire, between Mer and Beaugency, just a few kilometers from the castles of Chambord, Cheverny, and Blois. There is a restaurant in the village for your meals.
