"The staff is so friendly and professional. The rooms are beautifully kept and so quiet. We stay there every time we travel to Sacramento. The food menu is varied and delicious!"

"Overall, the stay was just fine and what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. The only reason I'm giving this a lower rating is because I booked it specifically because it advertised electric car charging. However, when I arrived, the woman said they have it listed because there are wall plugs available outside. Not chargers, but a typical wall outlet which requires you to have a charger available, which isn't what you get with a rental."

"Do not go to this hotel if you value a clean and safe environment or if you hate extra surprise fees. They're cheap because they get you when you check in. I've never heard of charging a cleaning fee, an extra service fee, and a fee to use the kitchen supplies in an extended stay place. Expedia is supposed to show the total cost, but once you book it and they have your money, you still have to pay when you get there. The room was clean enough, if you ignore the sticky floor and all the cigarette burns in the bathroom. There are a lot of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, partying into the night. with lots of trash around. It doesn't feel very safe. They did let us check in early, which we appreciated. Other than that, it was a pretty disgusting place and I would never go back."

"Customer service is horrible. Staff is not friendly or helpful, long wait times for any concerns that need to be addressed. The hotel is advertised as a convenient location for customers traveling in and out of the Sacramento Airport but amenities like breakfast are not offered until 7am. If you have a flight that leaves at 8am or even 9am you have over paid for a hotel that makes it difficult to take advantage of the amenities advertised as part of the hotel package. The hotel is clean."

"This amazing house was perfect for our family to gather in celebration of my niece’s graduation and Mother’s day weekend. This house has plenty of space for a large family like mine. It’s very comfy not to mention the BBQ grill, pool and hot tub. It’s was perfect for our family and I like the fact that is 10min away from the airport. Thanks Alysia for accommodating our early check- in."

"Very nice stay. Good food for a small place---only problem was just one overworked bartender, but I understand it is because a surge of conventioners descended. All good."
