House has 4 bedrooms, 1 king, and 3 queen sizes beds , and 2 full half bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay. All the mattresses are pillow top side to have a great quality sleep. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. Spacious open concept kitchen fully stocked and set up . You have a microwave, a range, a dishwasher, a sink to cook a delicious meal for your family. There are plenty of seating at the dining room (sits 8). Please Note: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. Local ordinances ensure you and our neighbors enjoy the peace and beauty of our community. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise and too many vehicles. This home is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and monitors decibel levels living areas and outside to protect you from noise complaints. This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. There were no locking doors on any of the restrooms, which was very strange and inconvenient. The trash cans outside were completely full and swarming with flys when we checked in. Oven was dirty and had not been cleaned. There was no patio furniture even though it was shown on the pictures. After all the extra fees and taxes the cost was four hundred per night.
