The house definitely needs to have some TLC, but overall met our needs. The check in process was not smooth at all and the codes to get in the front door did not work prompting several calls and text. Towels are pretty worn out and could use updating. Location was good. The worse part of the stay was when the home owner/property management asked that I take out the trash bin to the road. It had been icy in the driveway. I normally would not have a problem doing such an easy task, but I don't work for the home owner and I was on vacation. sorry not a reasonable request given service and cleaning fees charged.
