The area is ideal for walks, water sports and outdoor activities (canoeing, diving, hiking, mountain biking, ...), as well as the discovery of a very characteristic rural building. A favourable situation for holidays with friends or family. Spacious, bright, pleasant to live with on the ground floor: a large living / dining room with fireplace, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160), a bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine lounge, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 130). On the garden level : 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160), a shower room, separate toilet, a laundry room. Outside : a large wooded park of 3000m² closed, with terrace, barbecue, portico, a large fenced swimming pool shared with another gîte (15x9, progressive depth). Only one animal accepted.
