Difficult to find fault with the hotel or the staff. Very clean and our room on the first floor was quiet and superbly furnished. Despite arriving late in the evening due to a flight delay our check in was quick and informative. Food in the Sans Souci was very good and again all of the restaurant staff were attentive and extremely helpful - we ate in the restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal.

A unique experience. All rooms have a view of the castle, and a balcony to enjoy it.

Lovely hotel wonderful in all aspects but breakfast was never hot enough in terms of temperature. Scrambled eggs were not hot enough by the time they got to the table and my husband's muffin was burnt. please can you improve the way you heat water for tea, it just wasn't hot enough.

Excellent location. Beautiful decor. Friendly and professional staff. Great size room. Perfect really!

Nice clean hotel very comfortable with sauna and outdoor pool [closed in winter]. Nice friendly staff and rooms.

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.

A wonderful and spacious spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. The spa and sauna areas are fantastic, with a variety of sauna rituals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, food was excellent, and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we enjoyed every moment!

A wonderful shirt city break, excellent hotel - we would highly recommend it

Everythink was great. Pools are fantastik.

Exceeded our expectations! Hotel is about a 2 minute walk straight out of the main Vienna train station (plus the underground Metro). Warm welcome, very friendly staff. Room was huge, spacious, very modern, very clean and honestly was fantastic. Mini kitchen with tiny dishwasher, electric hob, large fridge (with small freezer) and oven and sink. Came with Nespresso machine and capsules. View was onto other apartments and, with the window closed, you didn't even notice the trains. Large...

Great quality

4 night stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Vienna - perfect. Comfortable deluxe room. Superb service throughout. Staff - extremely helpful at all times. Head concierge and his team are exceptional.

We choose this hotel on the basis of good reviews and were not disappointed. It's quirky in a good way with unusual pictures and furniture. Our room (28) was large and comfortable. Though there is a (small) lift, there may be some additional stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues or have push chairs / heavy luggage.
