"Loved this elegant hotel! Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless room that was beyond spacious, it was huge with tall ceilings. Super close to public transportation so no car needed. The palace grounds right across the street are spectacular. The only critique is the tub shower is high off the floor and very sloped, so getting out of the shower seemed dangerous to me with hip issues. "Wir haben für zwei Nächte das Hotel B & B Heiligenstadt gebucht und sind sehr positiv überrascht. Dieses Hotel ist brandneu und riecht auch sehr neu. Es ist erst einige Wochen offen. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Empfang, eine junge Dame mit langen schwarzen Haaren war sehr engagiert und motiviert. Und wir haben auch unser Wunschzimmer bekommen. die Empfangsdame hat sehr sich sehr gekümmert, dass wir zufrieden sind und hat uns auf eine kostenfreie Garage hingewiesen. "I went with my family with 2 under 5 kids and as we all know how messy with kids but every day room was cleaned and tide when i come back in room i always get clean room i am so happy with my stay even they clean my utensils that left in sink i can recommend this place whenever i visit Austria i will book living hotel without any hesitation ❤️"
