"Quaint and characterful. Did not have facilities as described (ie no functioning wifi and brig your own coffee) the word "boutique" is doing a lot of heavy lifting but its cute, cosy and the birds that visit are wonderful. Must like owls!"

Administration not good, took 1 month to get pre authorised deposit refunded, as property did not clear pending amount."
