Gated property with 3 stylish homes that you can rent together, perfect for large groups or multi-family stays. Includes a 2BR/1BA front house, a cozy loft-style studio, and a spacious 2BR/2.5BA rear home with garage. All homes are fully furnished with modern finishes, fast Wi-Fi, and outdoor areas. Located in Central Austin near downtown, Mueller, and the Domain. A unique setup offering comfort, space, and flexibility.  
  
Before check-in, all guests are required to review and approve an agreement outlining the house rules. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone.  
  
The base nightly price includes up to 3 guests. After that, there is an additional charge of $16 per guest per night.  
  
Discounts for stays of 7 or more days are automatically applied. We offer two discounts: one for stays of 7 or more days and another for stays of 28 or more days.
