This villa offers peace and tranquility in the middle of the action that is reshaping East Austin. The homes are cozy with and eye towards design and comfort to balance the plethora of activities Austin has to offer. A perfect spot for groups or family looking for a comfortable, convenient place to explore Austin. Two houses next to each-other have 3 bedroom plus a loft, 3 baths with a total of 5 beds.  
  
If you need early check-in or late check-out just let us know!  
  
The space  
Combined, the two homes offer 5 beds (1 king, 3 queens and 1 twin) plus a sleeper couch, a full kitchen and kitchenette, 2 porches, a deck with a gas grill, and multiple TV's. The master bedroom features a spa like oversized bathtub , dual shower and sinks, a full size stacked washer and dryer, as well as an electric sauna. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this setup provides flexibility and comfort.  
  
For modern convenience the property has 1 full washers/dryer and Wi-Fi or wired in gigabyte internet access. There are board games and outdoor games provided as well as a full kitchen.  
  
We pride ourselves on being great hosts with a dedicated, local team ready to answer your questions, help with any issues, and give you recommendations!  
  
What each home has to offer:  
  
• Home # 1 - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 950 square feet  
• 1 king bed (BR#1), 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed (BR#2), sleeper couch in living room  
• Spa like master bath  
• A sauna, an outside gas grill

• Home #1 - casita - 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom - 300 square feet  
• Downstairs: 1 queen bed  
• Loft: 1 queen bed  
• Kitchenette  
• TV in downstairs room, mini projector in loft  
• Private porch  
  
Please note that the casita has a relatively steep ladder to get to the loft bed space.  
  
The location cannot be beat, we are located centrally in the Holly section of East Austin. One of the most walkable, yet peaceful neighborhoods, it is within walking distance to the Cesar Chavez entertainment district, east 6th street, and Rainey street. Within less than a block, find yourself on the beautiful lakeside trail of Ladybird Lake. A 7 minute cab ride gets you anywhere you would want to be in central Austin.

Launderette – James Bear Award! A neighborhood café offering Mediterranean-inspired dishes and creative cocktails in a chic, cozy setting. Known for its small plates, wood-fired dishes, and an outstanding brunch (2115 Holly St)
