There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin. Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin. Other Things to Note: Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request with a minimal fee. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES: \- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. \- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. Great location in Austin. The only negative is that we couldn’t park in the driveway, because the bottom of the car kept scraping it - it was a sharp incline from the road. Luckily there’s plenty of on-street parking, too. I loved my bed and the bed linens, and the ceiling fan. Had pretty much all the amenities you need. The mid century home is full of thoughtful little details - we quickly felt right at home. A/C, appliances etc all worked well. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, and we were a quick Uber or car ride away from everything we could want. However, there we nights we felt so at home we just hung on the sofa streaming shows. Had a little hiccup and she was able to help. The place is nice and clean. Nice little welcome goodies waited for us. Very quiet neighborhood and close to many things to do. The only thing was that it did not feel very private as there are several units around it, and the one next to ours had their blinds open the entire time we were there.
